Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage Annual License Contract (ALC) renewals for existing customers. Generate new business opportunities for software subscriptions and license-based solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and decision-makers. Track upcoming license expirations and ensure timely renewal closures. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Prepare quotations, proposals, and renewal documentation. Coordinate with technical, support, and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution. Conduct customer meetings to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Follow up on commercial discussions, purchase orders, and payment collections. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
