Your new companyOur client is a fast-growing renewable energy developer and operator that is focused on battery storage and wider energy transition infrastructure. They manage a large portfolio of assets internationally and therefore, are entering a period of growth and looking to hire a commercially minded finance professional to support the financial management of its operational and developing assets.Your new roleReporting to the asset finance manager, you will take ownership of SPV reporting and also work closely with non-finance teams such as asset management, development and project finance. The role offers excellent exposure to investment appraisals, project financing and complex stakeholder management with a multi-entity international business.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate:Exposure to investment appraisal, valuations or wider corporate finance activitiesGood understanding of renewable energy, infrastructure or energy transition projectsPrevious involvement in acquisitions, capital raising or refinancingA qualification (ACA) or background in Transaction Services or wider infrastructure advisoryWhat you'll get in returnBesides offering a hybrid working model and being very centrally located in London, the business is acquisitional and constantly winning new asset projects that you will be able to work on. This is a great opportunity to support BESS and wider renewable projects and will give great exposure to capital raising and debt financing.
