Position Purpose

This role will be responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned area, achieving sales targets, developing customer and dealer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of company sales strategies at the field level. The role focuses on driving volume growth, improving market presence, and supporting dealer/customer performance.

Job Description

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
• Execute regional sales strategies and plans at the area level.
• Manage relationships with automotive dealers, distributors, fleet customers, and key accounts.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor movements.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Support dealers in improving sales performance, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels, order pipelines, and sales forecasting.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, market intelligence, and performance updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and after-sales teams to support customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, and sales negotiations when required.
• Train and guide sales representatives/dealer sales teams on products and selling techniques.
• Ensure implementation of company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

Experience and Qualification

• BBA/MBA in Marketing from HEC recognized university.
• 03 to 05 years of relevant experience.
