Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting skillsConsiderable knowledge of pc hardware, peripherals & networksConsiderable knowledge of Laptop RefreshAbility to use software tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware etc) to remotely connect to workstations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.An openness to learning new technologies.
