The position is responsible for managing multiple business Projects and Change requests. The position effectively applies methodology and enforces project or program standards to inculcate project management environment within the reported resources and minimize exposure and risk on project or program. The position will ensure strict adherence to PMO standards and discipline. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple project that span one or multiple lines of business
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Report and escape to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with client and all stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Coordinate best practice and ensure lessons learned are logged

Required Education & Experience:

• Minimum: Bachelors of Science in Computer Science discipline
• Desirable: Master of Science
• 8+ years of IT industry experience including 3+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management Tool & Framework, SDLC
• Working knowledge or experience of Asset Management Company would be added advantage
