Overview We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent quantitative skills for a mid-to-senior level Financial Analyst position. Responsibilities Providing advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets Measure organizational performance; assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives. Examine past and current budgets and research Economic and financial developments that affect the organization's spending Coordinate financial activities across various stakeholders. Manage finances across multiple funding types Track budgets, costs, and variances. Produce executive summaries. Conduct financial reporting and analysis on financial issues and customer requirements Execute financial management for US government FMS efforts, including reconciliation of financial and logistical systems. Monitor and manage case performance, prepare reports on case execution status, and keep purchasers informed. Prepare and process requisitions for FMS activities, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintain financial records Skills Required At least seven (7) years of experience in supporting budget preparation, presentation, and execution; financial presentations and action resolution, and task planning and preparation of task planning sheets At least seven (7) years of experience with Navy ERP, MSIL and NEPS Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial management and FMS cases Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and have strong verbal and written communications skills Must be able to work autonomously as well as within a team/collaborative environment Active DoD Secret Clearance Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000/Year depending on experience and qualifications Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences. watch_later Full-Time verified_user Security Clearance people Mid-Level home_work Hybrid
