In this frontline leadership role, you will support daily ED operations, guide and mentor nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, culturally responsive emergency care for a diverse, underserved community. Responsibilities include staffing, patient flow coordination, quality and safety monitoring, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
