Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Bengaluru South. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating kids with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. This role includes developing personalized therapy plans, executing intervention strategies, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications
Speech Therapist should able to conduct assessment, treatment plan, follow up, data recording, home programe, counselling, report writing for pediatric cases.
Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques, with experience in addressing issues related to speech and communication in Developmental delays. Strong expertise in assessing and treating Dysphagia and other swallowing-related disorders Comprehensive knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, and the ability to tailor therapies accordingly Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Relevant certification or degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to improving patients' quality of life Prior experience working with children or adults in therapeutic settings is a plus Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction Candidate should know about Oral placement therapy. Speech Therapist should have empathy, punctuality, honesty , hardworking. Therapist should to work with multidisciplinary team.
