Pricing Operations Manager - Insurance/Financial Services

ReSource Pro is seeking a Pricing Operation Manager of Insurance to build and integrate insurance capability businesses; This role builds base pricing processes, standardizes governance, and creates the infrastructure for scalable, repeatable pricing decisions across the portfolio, ultimately laying the groundwork for digital and AI-enabled pricing.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.onboard newly acquired businesses into the framework.
Own the annual pricing anniversary cycle end-to-end, including the pricing model driving account-level rate decisions across Major, Medium, and Select segments; establish deal governance (approval workflows, override justification, audit trails); partner with Sales/CE, Finance, and Operations to align pricing with business strategy.

Digital Pricing Enablement & Management
evaluate and implement pricing tools (CPQ, enhancement tools) to move from manual to digital pricing workflows; own the ongoing maintenance and management of digital pricing workflows and tools once implemented, ensuring they remain accurate, functional, and adopted across the organization.
Major: Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
~5–8+ years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or deal pricing

within the IT and ITES (IT-enabled services) Preferred: experience integrating pricing across acquired/multi-entity organizations; exposure to insurance industry operations (BPM, claims, underwriting support); experience with pricing tools/CPQ platforms; MS Office - Word, Outlook, Access, and strong Excel skills

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $130,000 - 135,000 annually. To be considered for this position, please submit your application.
