Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to lead our overseas education centre and manage a team of Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counsellors . The role will be responsible for team performance, student conversions, centre operations and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Overseas Education Counsellors .
• Drive counselling, application and admission/enrolment targets.
• Monitor team performance, conversions and daily activities.
• Handle key student/parent consultations and escalations.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end student admission processes.
• Develop strong relationships with students, parents and university representatives.
• Train and coach counsellors on Study Abroad / Overseas Education processes.
• Manage centre operations, MIS, reporting and performance reviews.
• Drive local marketing, lead generation and business development activities.
• Stay updated on international education trends, universities, courses and visa requirements.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad / International Admissions .
• Prior experience managing a team of counsellors.
• Strong understanding of international education markets and admission processes.
• Proven experience in achieving admission/enrolment and revenue targets .
• Excellent leadership, communication, counselling and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with UK, USA, Canada, Australia or Europe is preferred.
