Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Brave BPO, based in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee engagement, and managing HR operations. The role will involve supporting managers and employees to align HR functions with the organizational objectives, aiming to enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
• Proficient in performance management, employee engagement strategies, and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage HR operations effectively
• Familiarity with HR software, tools, and metrics analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, would be an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the BPO industry is a plus
