Your Role as an Early Childhood Educator will be:

* Create thoughtful lesson plans inspired by children’s interests, observations and developmental needs.

* Design beautiful, meaningful learning spaces and provocations that invite curiosity, creativity and deep engagement.

* Champion uninterrupted play and recognise it as the foundation of learning.

* Document children’s learning and share authentic, meaningful updates with families through our parent app.

* Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families and your team.

* Uphold the House of Tamariki philosophy in every interaction, ensuring children’s rights, dignity, safety and wellbeing remain at the centre of your practice.

* Create an environment where every child feels a sense of belonging, confidence and joy.

* Reflect, learn and grow alongside your team, contributing to a culture of kindness, collaboration and continuous improvement.
