You lead a team of closers running inbound video consultations

with business owners looking for a way out. New reps join after initial training with our sales operations team, and that team keeps working hand in hand with you while they ramp.
This is a sales management job.

You run production: you coach reps on live calls, own the teams numbers, and develop the people who want to lead.

Hiring and firing for your team.

You bring the sales management, coaching, and consultative selling.
You spot them, coach them up, and help them grow into a lead role.

You carry no personal deals and no personal quota.
Not a training role.

Our sales operations team handles initial training and subject matter. 2+ years managing an inside sales team
