Job Description<br /><br /><p>We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our Sales team and grow new business with key customers in the North-West Region. This role will be stationed in Bengaluru. </p><p>As a technical sales manager, you will be working closely with hardware engineering and purchasing contacts directly. The ability to develop an expertise in XP's power supply products with an in-depth knowledge of our industry are keys to success. </p><p>> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES </p><p><u><strong>Sale Management </strong> </u> </p><ul><li>Prospect and identify new customers and opportunities. </li><li>Manage and retain existing customer to develop new programs. </li><li>Assist customer in resolving technical issues. </li><li>Listen and understand customer needs and requirements to differentiate our solution from competitors. </li><li>Update and maintain Salesforce Database </li><li>Follow up and update on Project status. </li><li>Follow up with customers and update on forecast </li><li>To follow through the sales process from order to shipment. </li><li>Manage customer and get End use statement </li><li>Create and adapt strategies to meet productivity and revenue goals. </li><li>Visit customers regularly while building personal working relationships with key hardware engineering and purchasing contacts </li><li>Identify the customers in your region which have a sizable spend in power supply products and are attracted to XP Power’s value proposition. </li><li>Create and maintain a focus account list which describes the customers that drive your productivity. </li> </ul><p><u><strong>Customer Service </strong> </u> </p><ul><li>Manage customer complaints and RMA returns. </li><li>Maintain and update Salesforce Contact Database </li><li>Focus on the total customer experience in all interactions with customers and partners. </li> </ul><p><strong><u>System and Processes </u> </strong> </p><ul><li>Improve effectiveness and efficiency on existing systems and work procedures. </li><li>Work closely with the inside sales, quality engineers, application engineers with other supporting staffs. </li> </ul><p><strong><u>Local Management </u> </strong> </p><ul><li>Assist and facilitate local sales team in Program/Project management, Booking and Shipping, Market Segmentation etc.. </li><li>Assist with administrative duties when necessary </li> </ul><br />Qualifications<br /><br /><ul><li>Minimum 5 years' experience in promoting Power supply with good knowledge of Power Supplies (SMPS, Dc-Dc converter) and power electronics </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Proven ability to expertly negotiate and close net-new opportunities. </li><li>An exceptional communicator –someone who is articulate, confident, self-aware and personable. </li><li>Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets in business development. </li><li>Disciplined in maintaining data in Salesforces or similar CRM systems </li> </ul><br /><br />Additional Information<br /><br /><p>We are establishing a new manufacturing plant in Malaysia and are seeking our first on-site IT Manager to lead the technology set-up, deliver day-to-day support and build the local IT function as the site scales. In the early months this is a deeply hands-on role – you will be the person standing up the network, configuring laptops, onboarding users onto our Microsoft 365 tenant alongside global IT, and getting the S/4HANA-connected shop-floor tooling working reliably. As the plant ramps up, the focus will shift toward team building, service management and longer-term IT strategy for the site. You will report into global/regional IT, working in close partnership with the Malaysia Plant Manager and functional leaders on site. </p>
