• Planning and design of transmission linesand grid stations? Oversee operation of transmission linesand grid stations
• Supervise connection agreements withusers of transmission system
• Identification of potential projects fordevelopment by the provincialgovernment or under Public PrivatePartnership (PPP) mode.
• Selection and monitoring of consultants,contractors and or developers/privatepartners.
• Represent the company at various fora.
• Liaison with relevant authorities on laying of transmission lines from the proposed power generating units to the National Grid or in isolated mode.
• Overall supervision of Operation andMaintenance of transmission lines andgrid system internally by PGC or throughoutsourcing

General Manager Technical Technical, PAKISTAN.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / MechanicalEngineering from HECrecognized universitywould be the minimumrequirement.
• Preferably a master’s degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineeringfrom HEC recognizeduniversity; with at least tenyears of experience atmanagement level inpower sector
