Commercial Roofing Project Manager Position Object ive Operate/manage projects to ensure that all associated work is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner, in accordance with applicable plans and specifications, company policies and procedures and sound roofing practices. Job Functions Provide project manager services for multiple projects running concurrently Assist as appropriate in collections process and final payments Assess bid specifications probability of completion under stated timeline Provide functional direction over areas of responsibility including construction schedules, cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration and quality control Obtain relevant property and building information as required to properly integrate and coordinate construction project
