JOB FUNCTION : The Account Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service and strategic support for clients and producers. This role oversees account management, supports new business, and ensures accurate policy handling. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage and service assigned book of business Provide high-level client support and communication with both clients and carriers Prepare submissions, proposals, and renewal documentation Review policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy Coordinate with carriers and internal teams Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities Maintain compliance and minimize coverage gaps Report Claims to insurance companies and monitor progression of claims MINIMUM
