<p> Job Description – Cluster Owner – Thermal Line Production (Topcon Solar Cell Manufacturing) </p> <p> Job Title: AGM / Senior Manager </p> <p> Department: Production / Operations </p> <p> Reports To: Production Head / Plant Head </p> <p> Location: Narmada Puram, Madhya Pradesh </p> <p> Experience Required: 10–14 Years </p> <p> Industry: Solar Cell Manufacturing (TOPCon) </p> <p> Job Summary </p> <p> The Thermal Line Cluster Owner is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the Diffusion &amp; PECVD production cluster in TOPCon Solar Cell manufacturing. The role involves leading Greenfield setup, production ramp-up, process stabilization, yield improvement, quality enhancement, and continuous optimization to achieve world-class manufacturing performance in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and cost. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> <p> Greenfield Setup &amp; Commissioning Lead installation, commissioning, qualification, and production readiness of Diffusion &amp; PECVD lines. Coordinate with OEMs, Project, Process, and Engineering teams for successful tool acceptance and buy-off. Establish production workflows, SOPs, control plans, and operational standards. Support technology transfer and implementation of global manufacturing best practices. </p><p> Production Operations Own overall production performance of the Thermal Line to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Ensure stable operation of Diffusion, Annealing, and PECVD processes with optimum throughput and yield. Monitor and improve KPIs including Yield, OEE, Throughput, Sheet Resistance, Film Uniformity, Uptime, and Cost per Wafer. Drive production planning, manpower utilization, and resource optimization. </p><p> Process &amp; Performance Improvement Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions. Lead yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, debottlenecking, and cost optimization initiatives. Apply SPC, DOE, FMEA, RCA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement. Ensure process capability and compliance with product quality requirements. </p><p> Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Process Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Utilities, and EHS teams to ensure uninterrupted production. Support new product introductions, process changes, and qualification activities. Ensure timely availability of consumables, process gases, quartzware, graphite parts, and production materials. </p><p> People &amp; Safety Management Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, shift leaders, and operators. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS standards for high-temperature furnaces and specialty gas systems. Promote operational discipline through SOP adherence, training, and performance reviews. </p><p> Key Skills &amp; Competencies Strong knowledge of TOPCon Thermal Processes including Diffusion (POCl₃/BCl₃), Annealing, and PECVD (Si Nx/Passivation). Experience in Greenfield plant setup, production ramp-up, and high-volume manufacturing. Strong understanding of semiconductor/solar cell manufacturing processes and production KPIs. Expertise in SPC, DOE, FMEA, RCA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control. Knowledge of automation systems, MES, and manufacturing data analysis. Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills. </p><p> Qualification B. E./B. Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science, or related Engineering discipline. 10–14 years of experience in Solar Cell, Semiconductor, or High-Tech Manufacturing, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in Thermal Line (Diffusion &amp; PECVD) production operations. </p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p>
