Someone who has personally felt the pain of a delivery that went sideways — missed milestones nobody saw coming, a team shipping features the client never asked for, a war room at 11pm because the go-live was tomorrow. Someone who has carried accountability when things went wrong, and knows exactly what it costs when delivery breaks down. WHERE DO YOU COME FROM? IIT / NIT / BITS grad, class of 2010 or later. 8–14 years across delivery, engineering, and client engagement — with genuine hands-on software delivery depth. You have owned a programme end-to-end: staffed it, scoped it, de-risked it, and stood in front of the client when it shipped. Not a coordinator. Not a status reporter.
