<p><b>About us</b></p><p>NIHT Digital Marketing Institute is the training arm of NIHT Infosolution Pvt Ltd. We train students in Kolkata to work as marketers and creators in the real world. The Gen AI module is one of our newest and fastest growing sections, and the person we hire will help shape how hundreds of students learn to use AI.</p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p>We are hiring a <b>Graphics and Motion Faculty/Trainer</b> for our Gen AI module at NIHT Digital Marketing Institute. We are looking for someone who actually creates with AI tools every day, and who can teach others to do the same.</p><p><b>Job Location : Bhawanipore &amp; Ultadanga campus.</b> This is the part of our program where students learn to generate images, videos, and avatars using AI, and then use those assets to build real content for clients, brands, and their own portfolios.</p><p>This is not a traditional graphics trainer role. We want a hands-on creator who knows Midjourney, Runway, and HeyGen the way most people know Photoshop.</p><p><b>What you will do :</b></p><p>Teach the Gen AI module to batches of students at our Bhawanipore campus.</p><p>Build assignments and live projects around AI image, video, and avatar generation.</p><p>Show students how to use AI tools to ship content that actually looks good.</p><p>Help students put together a portfolio they can show to clients or employers.</p><p>Stay on top of new tools. The space changes every week and we want you to keep up.</p><p>Work with the curriculum team to keep the module fresh and useful.</p><p><b>Tools you should be comfortable with&gt;</b></p><p><b>AI Image: Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo</b></p><p><b>AI Video: Runway, Sora, Pika, Kling, Luma</b></p><p><b>AI Avatars: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID</b></p><p><b>Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro</b></p><p>Prompt writing and getting consistent output from generative tools</p><p><b>Nice to have:</b></p><p>Social media content experience, especially Reels, Shorts, and posts built around AI assets</p><p>A personal portfolio, creator page, or client work where you have shipped AI-generated content</p><p>Any teaching, mentoring, or workshop experience, even informal</p><p>Who we are looking for</p><p>Strong spoken and written English.
