About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Placement Coordinator who can bridge the gap between students and the industry. If you’re passionate about helping students launch their careers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication & relationship-building skills — we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate placement-related activities across batches
• Build and maintain corporate relationships and drive outreach for internships & job opportunities
• Manage student grievances professionally and empathetically
• Maintain and organize placement and student-related data & reports
• Act as the communication bridge between students, companies, and internal teams
• Support students with interview readiness, resume reviews, and feedback
• Plan and Coordinate for Alumni Meetings and Events
• Support examination team with results of Placements/Communication Related Subjects

Note: THIS IS A FRESHER ROLE CANDIDATES WITH MORE THAN 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE.

✅ Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle student concerns tactfully
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data management tools, and Placement Management System
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in career counselling, training and development shall be appreciated.
