Role Description As a Junior Architect at Preethi ARCHITECTS, you will support senior architects in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating project documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with architectural plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations, as well as updating drawings based on feedback. You will participate in site visits, help with measurements, and contribute to design presentations and material selection. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Qualifications Relevant academic background in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Proficiency in architectural drafting and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software). Ability to create clear technical drawings, 3D models, and basic presentation renders. Strong understanding of architectural fundamentals, space planning, and design detailing. Interest in materials, finishes, and construction techniques, with willingness to learn on site. Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a project team and with clients. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow guidelines and project standards. Capability to handle multiple tasks, respond to feedback constructively, and adapt to project needs. Licensure or registration in progress (where applicable) is an advantage but not mandatory. Previous internship or junior-level experience in an architectural practice is a plus.
