We offer core banking products (checking accounts, debit and credit cards) alongside a proprietary award travel booking engine that automates the search and booking of award flights with partner airlines using Taekus points.

We've been operating for 6 years as a lean, profitable team of 25. We process $4B+ in yearly transactions, generate $120M+ in annual revenue, and are growing 2-3x yearly. We're ready to scale, and design is at the center of that.
The RoleWe're looking for a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience as part of our design team, reporting directly to design leadership. High-ownership, high-impact: you'll shape the visual and interaction experience across our web and mobile products, covering both banking and travel booking flows.UX matters, but visual quality is non-negotiable here. Our customers expect a premium experience, and the bar for design polish is high.
What You'll Work OnDesigning web and mobile experiences across banking features (accounts, cards, transactions) and travel features (award search, booking, itineraries)Driving designs from early concepts to polished, production-ready UIExtending and evolving our design system, raising consistency and quality as the product scalesTranslating Taekus brand identity into UI so the premium feel comes through in the productLight brand and marketing support: you'll occasionally pitch in on brand assets or visual direction, without it taking over your timeCollaborating closely with engineering (React/TypeScript) and product to ship high-quality work
What We're Looking For5+ years in design, including 3+ years in product design, ideally in fintech, travel, or consumer appsHas shipped at least one real product, not just concept workA strong portfolio with exceptional visual design sensibility; we want to see polished, beautiful workExperience designing for both web and mobile (iOS/Android)Proficiency in FigmaComfortable in a fast-moving, lean startup with high autonomyBonus: personal interest in travel hacking, points, and miles. Our team travels and we take that seriously
MustRecent 2 years working as full-time hand-on designer (not manager, director, contract)Have experience B2C (Consumer) xzbcwsv ProductHave experience establishing UI library
PreferredExperience at early- to mid-stage startups (Series A–C)Data- or experiment-driven decision making (A/B testing experience)Prototyping using AI softwareUI motion skill
