• Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant authorities and awarding bodies.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor institutional performance through KPIs, dashboards, and periodic reviews.
• Approve policies, major initiatives, and institutional frameworks.
• Represent the institution with external bodies, regulators, partners, and media.
