TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter in New York, NY to join our team and support recruiting across nursing, allied health, and other healthcare specialties. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has strong recruiting experience, excellent candidate relationship management skills, and a proven ability to fill permanent positions in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Responsibilities as the Healthcare Recruiter:Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.Candidate Sourcing: Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Candidate Screening: Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate experience for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain candidate pipelines across nursing, allied health, and other healthcare specialties.Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, job offers, and hiring activities throughout the recruitment process.Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to support candidate engagement and successful placements.
Qualifications for the Healthcare Recruiter:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a staffing agency or recruitment environment is required.Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting physicians across medical specialties is required, with additional experience recruiting nursing, allied health, or other clinical professionals preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate sourcing platforms is required.Skills & Attributes: Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, relationship management, communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously are required.
