We provide high-quality rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers, with a strong focus on the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Sales Executives to expand our presence across Uttar Pradesh. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, local campaigns, and networking. Promote residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar solutions. Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, government subsidies, electricity bill savings, and return on investment (ROI). Conduct customer meetings and coordinate site surveys with the technical team. Prepare and present customized solar proposals and quotations. Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets. Build relationships with dealers, builders, architects, electricians, housing societies, and channel partners. Maintain daily sales activities and customer records in the CRM. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Represent FOJOMO Solar at awareness campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. Eligibility Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Solar, Electrical, or EPC. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building ability. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems is an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools is preferred. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
