PostEx is Hiring | Regional Manager – ClaimsPostEx is looking for an experienced and analytical Regional Manager – Claims to lead regional claims operations, merchant dispute resolution, and operational controls

Position: Regional Manager – Claims

Department: Claims

Reporting To: Head of Claims

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end claims operations across regional hubs and branches.
• Ensure thorough assessment, investigation, verification, and timely closure of all claims.
• Review and validate data from Sales, IR, CS, Operations, Finance, Audit, and Quality teams.
• Manage high-value and escalated merchant claims and disputes.
• Strengthen operational controls to minimize financial leakage, duplicate claims, and process gaps.
• Drive process improvements across First Mile, Mid Mile, and Last Mile operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional claims team.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, policies, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce logistics, COD operations, claims, audit, or related areas.
• Minimum 2 years of team management or regional leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and First/Mid/Last Mile operations.
• Excellent data analysis and verification skills with strong Excel/dashboard proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity with an analytical and investigative mindset.
