Sales Manager | Kenosha, WI

We’re partnering with a top-rated, well-established fence company. They’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop an 8–10 person sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built sales processes, developed reps, and knows how to turn a sales team into a high-performing operation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and develop an 8–10 person sales team
• Own and improve sales processes, KPIs, and performance
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching
• Analyze sales performance and create training plans
• Build strategic referral partnerships and community relationships
• Represent the company at home shows and events

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience building and developing a sales team
• Someone who has created and implemented sales processes
• Home services experience such as HVAC, windows, remodeling, pools, or similar
• A hands-on leader who is comfortable coaching in the field
• Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable working independently
• Someone who enjoys a non-cookie-cutter, build-it-and-improve-it environment
