About the Company Job Details: Job Title: US Mortgage Live Underwriter (Conventional & Non-QM) Walk-in Interview Location: Navi Mumbai Work Location: Navi Mumbai Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts About the Role Experience: 2–5 Years Qualification: Graduation (UG) is Mandatory Joining: Immediate Joiners & 1 month Notice period Preferred Responsibilities Live Underwriter ,Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR mortgage loan applications. Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, employment, and collateral. Evaluate alternative documentation loans (Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, 1099, ITIN, and P&L Only). Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, investor, company, and regulatory guidelines. Review and clear underwriting conditions and resubmitted documents. Coordinate with processors, loan officers, brokers, and internal teams to support timely loan decisions. Qualifications 2–5 years of US Mortgage Underwriting experience. Required Skills Strong experience in Live Underwritting ,Conventional, Non-QM, and/or DSCR underwriting. Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, DU/LP, mortgage compliance, and risk assessment. Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Encompass, CalyxPath, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
