Lead Strategy

ROLE OVERVIEW: The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives across businesses, with a focus on driving growth, transformation, and business performance. The incumbent will play a key role in driving strategic priorities, tracking execution of key initiatives, and supporting leadership on matters relating to business performance, portfolio strategy, operational transformation, and long-term value creation. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: BE/B.Tech./B.Com. in any stream, from Top Colleges/Universities. MBA from top B-Schools or Qualified CA. Minimum 8 years of work experience in Strategy, M&A, Investments role.
