Role Description The Interior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of residential interior projects. This role involves coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily tasks include preparing project schedules, tracking progress, organizing site visits, and maintaining documentation such as drawings, material lists, and status reports. The Interior Project Coordinator also assists with client communication, addressing queries, and aligning expectations with project deliverables. This role requires attention to detail, effective collaboration, and proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project coordination and organizational skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess abilities in interior design support, such as understanding floor plans, materials, finishes, and basic design principles.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design or project tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) as an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in interior project coordination, site supervision, or a similar role will be beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel between project locations as needed.
