Your profile

You are an enthusiastic, detail-oriented QA professional with 1-2 years of experience, eager to grow in a dynamic product environment. You are familiar with structured testing practices and are curious about how AI tools are reshaping quality assurance. You are a fast learner who takes ownership and communicates clearly.

You enjoy the challenge of being exposed to different situations, company cultures, aviation domains, and technologies you must master quickly. You will leverage your drive, analytical intellect, professional skills to help our customers implement our solutions, and to help us drive our innovations. You show discernment, attention to details, and want to evolve quickly. You will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to identify test requirements, develop test cases. Additionally, you will analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.

Your main responsibilities:

• Preparation of standard Test scenarios together with product management, development, and delivery teams, working closely with Development Team
• Run tests on various components and features to identify and fix technical and functional issues.
• Design test scenarios to ensure 100% coverage of requirements; Prepare test cases to test the identified scenarios, report defects and manage the Testing process.
• Support software development workflow redefinition by involving yourself in the Scrum process and enforcing standardization measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather test requirements and understand application functionality.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / BE / B.Tech or equivalent in a technical field
• 1-3 years of experience in software testing or a related technical role
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#
• Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman.
• Good working knowledge of agile development processes
• Knowledge on Defect management tool like JIRA
• Team spirit, strong analytical skills, attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent level of proficiency in written English.
• AI in Testing (Must-Have): Awareness of and willingness to actively use AI-assisted QA tools (e.g., test documentation, AI-based test generation tools); prior exposure to any AI testing tool is strongly preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication in English; team player with a proactive attitude
