We're Hiring | Client Support Manager & Transition Specialist Boca Raton, FL | On-Site | Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced Client Support & Transition Specialist with a strong business development mindset to join our team on-site in Boca Raton.Ideal candidates come with prior experience at an RIA, broker-dealer, or financial services firm and know how to operate with speed and precision, taking full ownership of projects and daily tasks from start to finish.

You bring: Strong client communication and lead tracking discipline Hands-on experience with custodian-to-custodian account transitions Raymond James and/Schwab Advisor Center experience/or have the ability to learn quickly Advanced Excel + Microsoft 365 Series 7 / SIE (active or committed to obtaining within 6 months) Exceptional organizational skills - you run tasks independently, set priorities, schedule, and report back Bilingual preferred: Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian
This is a blended role providing excellent support to our clients and partners across client operations, transition management, and business development, working directly alongside firm executives.
