We're small, we move fast, and nothing sits in a deck for three weeks. </p><p>We're looking for a Voice &amp; Content Lead — the brain and the voice behind everything we post. </p><p><strong>One thing up front: this role is for agency people. </strong> If you've spent the last few years juggling brands, turning briefs around in 48 hours, and writing in six different voices before lunch — this is the part where you get to do all of that for one brand. Yours. If you don't have agency experience, this one isn't for you. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you'll actually do </strong> </p><ul><li>Own the content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and everywhere else we show up </li><li>Write the hooks, the scripts, the captions — the stuff people stop for </li><li>Catch trends before they're trends, and know which ones we should ignore </li><li>Turn product truths into stories, not spec sheets </li><li>Work hand-in-hand with the videographer, design, and performance folks so good ideas actually ship </li><li>Track what worked, kill what didn't, and be honest about the difference </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Requirements </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>2–5 years at a creative, social, or content agency. Non-negotiable. </strong> You've run multiple brands at once and lived to tell the tale </li><li>A portfolio that proves you can write, not just brief someone else to </li><li>Agency speed and agency polish, minus the layers of approval </li><li>Real fluency with how Instagram and YouTube work right now, not in 2022 </li><li>Opinions. Taste.
