Job Overview<br />We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented International Project Course Counselor to guide students/candidates about courses related to international projects, overseas requirements, and global career opportunities. The role focuses on counseling, lead conversion, and coordination with internal teams.<br />Key Responsibilities<br />Counsel students/candidates on courses aligned with international projects and global opportunities<br />Explain course structure, fees, duration, and outcomes clearly<br />Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries<br />Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling<br />Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions<br />Coordinate with training, operations, and international project teams<br />Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets<br /><br /><p></p><p><b>Requirements </b> </p> <p></p>Eligibility Criteria<br />Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline<br />Experience: 1–3 years in counseling, education sales, or international projects<br />Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br />Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems<br />Target-driven mindset with a student-focused approach<br />Preferred Skills<br />Knowledge of international courses, projects, or overseas programs<br />Excellent convincing and negotiation skills<br />Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment<br />Proficiency in English and Hindi (local language preferred)<br /><br /><p></p><p><b>Benefits </b> </p> <p></p>Salary &amp; Benefits<br />Salary: As per industry standards<br />Attractive incentives based on performance<br />Career growth opportunities<br />Professional work environment<br /><br />
