About Andaman Aisle
Andaman Aisle is a Bengaluru-based bespoke furniture brand built around one idea: that furniture should be designed for the person, not the catalogue. Every piece we make is crafted to order, collaboratively designed with the client, and built to last. We work with homeowners, architects, builders and interior designers who care deeply about their spaces, and our work reflects that standard.
The Role
We're hiring a Junior Business Development Manager to own the client and lead pipeline end-to-end, from first enquiry to project handover. You'll work closely with the founders, manage incoming leads, build relationships with clients, prepare quotations, and see projects through from the studio to site.

Business Development
- Build and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and other trade partners as a steady source of referrals
- Represent Andaman Aisle at relevant industry meetups, site visits, and trade conversations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities beyond the existing client base
Quotations and Project Coordination
- Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements, in coordination with the design and production teams
- Track every project from brief to delivery, keeping timelines, revisions, and approvals on schedule
- Coordinate between clients, designers, and the manufacturing team to keep projects moving without gaps
Client Handling
- Manage clients at the studio, walking them through the process, materials, and design options
- Conduct or accompany site visits across Bangalore where required
- Manage client expectations on timelines, customisation scope, and pricing throughout the project
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or design is a plus
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience (internships count)
- Some exposure to sales, client-facing roles, or business development is a plus, but not required
Skills and Competencies
Technical
- Comfortable with quotations, basic pricing calculations, and CRM or spreadsheet-based lead tracking
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn furniture materials, pricing structures, and production timelines on the job
Interpersonal
- Confident communicator, comfortable initiating and building relationships with new contacts
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Kannada or Hindi a plus
- Organised, follow-through oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working in a small team where ownership grows quickly
