Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a mature and professional approach, and an established network within the industry. Candidates with agency experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Identify and generate new business opportunities.

·     Build and maintain strong client relationships.

·     Outreach to new prospects using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.

·     Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

·     Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations.

·     Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

·     Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

·     Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

·     Manage existing client relationships and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements:

·     Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition with a digital marketing agency.

·     Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·     Mature, sensible, and proactive professional attitude.

·     Existing industry network and client connections preferred.

·     Ability to work independently and drive business growth.

• Working Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days’ work from home)
