About the Role

The role involves winning new engagements and managing relationships within existing accounts in the BFSI Segment, ensuring a disciplined approach to sales and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Winning New Engagements for One Intellect in identified accounts in the BFSI Segment.
• Relationship Management in Existing Accounts.
• Identifying leads in the existing and new accounts.
• Mapping the key accounts and preparing detailed account plans (Stakeholders, product usage and vendors, leads).
• Rigorously following the sales and relationship discipline.

Qualifications

• MBA and B.Tech from a reputed institute.
• 3-5 years of experience as IT Presales & IT Procurement professional with Indian Banks.
• Cloud Certifications are a plus.
• Currently working in a BIG4 focused on BFSI IT Consulting.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT landscape (infra & applications) of a Bank/Financial institution.
• Understanding of software licensing, IT infra & Professional services spend and contracting.
• Understanding of People & Non-People Cost & Procurement strategy.
• Consultative Selling.

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the company and at the client).
• Strong leadership skills.
