For a specified group of properties and family’s trust and individual accounting:\Prepare monthly bank reconciliations / tenant security reconciliationMarketable securities investment reconciliationMonthly/period journal entries  Monthly general ledger analysisPrepare full set of work papers for balance sheet and income statement at year-endMaintain intercompany receivable and payable schedulesMunicipality I&E report / Certiorari / RPIEAnnual budgetYardiProcess capital calls, distributions, intercompany advances & repaymentsSpecial project as needed
