Senior Staff Recruiter

This is a great opportunity to create a positive candidate experience within a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company. You’ll engage directly with business teams, partner with hiring managers, and make a direct impact to the success of our Recruiting Team by supporting our clients with filling their current job openings. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.

Responsibilities:Full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment processCandidate management - highly organized, detailed oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidatesPartner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needsWork cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruitersEffectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategyLeverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partnersSource stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the marketBuild relationships with candidates at a high-volume, understand their interest and passion and direct them to the right role or opportunityTrack high-volume candidate data in real-time with precisionContribute to ad-hoc recruitment projectsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeAt least 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruitingAt least 1 year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and xzbcwsv their teamsPreferred Qualifications:At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcingAbility to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talentExperience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
