What You'll DoDiagnose and repair well systems, including pumps, pressure tanks, and pipingPerform preventive maintenance and replace worn componentsInstall new systems for homes, farms, and businessesTest water quality and recommend treatment solutionsInteract with customers and explain solutions clearlyMaintain and restock the work truck with necessary tools and partsTravel within a 90-minute radius of Denver, PAWork 45-50 hours per week with on-call rotation every 4-5 weekends
We're Looking ForGeneral Labor Experience: At least 1 year (construction, landscaping, or maintenance) – plumbing/electrical is a plusTeachable & Driven: Eager to learn and follow directionsDetail-Oriented: Keeps work areas clean and organizedDependable & Trustworthy: Provides honest repair assessmentsGreat Communicator: Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkersPhysically Capable: Able to lift 75 lbs., kneel, and work in various weather conditionsTech-Savvy: Uses mobile apps and tools for job tracking
