Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Area Head – Solar to drive channel sales and business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the solar industry, dealer/distributor management, and market expansion with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of solar products through dealers and distributors.
Develop and expand the channel partner network.
Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, EPCs, and key customers.
Conduct product presentations and dealer training programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Solar Industry.
Mandatory experience in Channel Sales.
Strong knowledge of Solar Panels, Inverters, Rooftop Solar Systems, and Renewable Energy Solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
