Backend operations

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth coordination across internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be process-driven, proficient in MS Office, and comfortable managing routine operational tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily backend operational activities as per defined SOPs. Maintain and update operational trackers, databases, and internal systems. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of operational data. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support business requirements. Assist with documentation, audit readiness, and compliance-related activities. Drive process efficiency through adherence to established workflows and controls.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in Backend Operations, Operations Support, or Administration. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Office tools. High attention to detail with a strong process-oriented mindset. Ability to manage routine operational tasks independently and accurately. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Comfortable working from the Mahape office location on a regular basis.
