Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles—from frontline field staff to
core business functions
Drive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with efficiency and speed Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define idealcandidate profiles
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate data in the ATS Deliver a consistent and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiringprocess
● Handle onboarding documentation and coordinate joining formalities for new hires
