Career Advisor (OPT Sales)

Job Summary: The Career Advisor (OPT Sales) will be responsible for guiding OPT, STEM OPT, and international graduates in building successful careers in the USA and Canada. This role involves career counseling, resume guidance, interview preparation, visa-related job search support, and achieving monthly enrollment targets. Shift: US (7.30 PM to 4.30 AM) Work Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad Number of Positions: 70 nos. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with international graduates. Guide candidates on job opportunities in the USA and Canada. Educate candidates on OPT/STEM OPT regulations, H-1B sponsorship, and visa-related job search processes. Review resumes and provides interview preparation support. Promote career services and training programs to prospective candidates. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and job seekers. Stay updated on market trends, visa regulations, and industry requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. 6 months to 5 years of experience in OPT recruitment, career counseling, or sales. Strong understanding of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B, and related visa processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM tools and lead management. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
