Trim Development Senior Associate – Activewear

Dynamic apparel company is seeking an experienced trim development professional to manage trim development across all departments for a growing activewear business. This role will oversee the end-to-end development process, from sourcing and submitting new trims to coordinating with suppliers and managing timelines, costs, and approvals.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in trim development.Hands-on experience developing activewear trims, including zippers, drawcords, bungee cords, stoppers, elastics, and related components.Proactively research and present emerging trim trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams at the start of each season to develop new ideas and innovative trim concepts.Maintain accurate trim development records and ensure PLM data is complete, up to date, and consistent throughout the development process.Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple developments across departments and meet tight deadlines.Experience working directly with overseas suppliers and cross-functional teams.
