We’re partnering with a well-capitalized real estate investment and development platform to hire a Senior Development Manager in Miami. This is an immediate hire with real ownership over ground-up multifamily projects across South Florida and the Northeast.

The role

• Lead ground-up multifamily projects from pre-development through construction, delivery and turnover
• Be the technical lead on design, architecture and engineering, working closely with architects, engineers and GCs
• Steer projects through the SE and NE entitlement and permitting process
• Partner with the investment team, who own the underwriting, so you can focus on getting projects designed, built and delivered well

What they’re looking for

• A technical background in architecture or engineering, ideally someone who started as an architect and moved into development
• Full-cycle experience taking multifamily projects through to completion and turnover
• Hands-on knowledge of the South Florida approvals process
• Someone who is comfortable in the weeds on drawings, specs and consultant coordination

The package

• $150,000 to $170,000 base
• 30% annual bonus
• Additional project milestone bonuses
