Required Experience: 5-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Role Overview:
The Learning Operations & Administration role is responsible for the seamless delivery, administration, and governance of learning programmes and platforms. The role manages learning operations, maintains training records, provides reporting and insights, coordinates vendors and budgets, and ensures an engaging learning experience while supporting compliance and continuous learning across the organisation.
Key accountabilities:
Programme operations:
- Publish and maintain the organisation's annual learning calendar, including academy programmes.
- Run programme logistics end to end: nominations, invitations, venues, attendance and feedback.
- Coordinate induction learning for new joiners with HR Operations.
Platform administration:
- Run the learning platform: user access, course uploads, learning path set up and licence allocation.
- Provide first line support to learners and academies and manage the platform vendors.
Learning records:
- Record attendance and completion for every central and academy programme on the platform.
- Maintain the records for the mandatory training programme, CPE eligible learning, the internal trainer pool and the Internal Facilitation Certificate, ready for audit at any time.
Reporting and analysis:
- Produce the monthly learning dashboard: adoption, mandate hours, mandatory training completion, learner ratings and budget utilisation.
- Prepare the data for quarterly reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Vendors and budget:
- Maintain the central vendor list, with coverage defined for Central L&D and for each service line.
- Handle vendor onboarding, purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Track budget and utilisation for every cost centre with Finance and flag variances early.
Communication and Branding:
- Drive learning communication and promotional campaigns to enhance awareness, participation, and engagement across learning initiatives.
- Create and manage learning collateral, mailers, flyers, branding assets, and digital content using design tools to deliver a consistent and engaging learner experience.
Experience and qualifications:
- 5-8 years in L&D operations, LMS administration.
- Hands on administration of at least one LMS, such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Darwinbox or Moodle.
- Advanced Excel. Power BI experience required; Power apps and agentic ai preferred.
- Experience handling vendor purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Graduate degree. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in human resources is preferred.
