About the Role

We are hiring energetic freshers and professionals with top-notch English communication skills for the role of US Sales Associate. This role involves engaging with US-based clients, generating sales leads, and driving business development activities for our US staffing and bench sales operations. Key Responsibilities

* Connect with potential US clients and hiring managers via calls, emails, and professional networks.

* Generate, qualify, and nurture sales and recruitment leads.

* Understand client requirements and present Vizva’s US staffing solutions effectively.

* Maintain timely follow-ups and update accurate pipeline records.

* Coordinate seamlessly with internal US recruitment teams to ensure smooth client delivery.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required

* Freshers or candidates with relevant sales/communication experience.

* Top-notch verbal English communication skills (Mandatory) .

* High confidence to interact with international clientele.

* Willingness to work in the US night shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).

* Ready to work from our Ahmedabad office (Makarba, SG Highway).

* Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
