Role Summary:As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll help bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and high-reliability systems. You’ll work side-by-side with domain scientists to build platforms and pipelines that take ideas from prototype to production, supporting the full lifecycle of intelligent decision models.
What You’ll Do:Partner with researchers to iterate quickly on models, from initial experiments to scalable deploymentsOwn the full stack of ML workflows: data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoringImprove platform capabilities for distributed training and real-time decision executionTune systems for performance across speed, memory, and throughputBuild diagnostics and checks that ensure outputs are explainable, stable, and future-resilient
What You’ll Bring:Strong engineering skills with a track record of production-grade ML system developmentDeep fluency with Python and core ML libraries such as PyTorch, NumPy, and PandasAbility to operate across the full stack: modeling, infrastructure, and deploymentComfort with both traditional ML and neural approachesExperience in debugging distributed systems and optimizing critical pathsA clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, feedback-rich environments
